We hope you are wjoying your fresh, dean, new-looking driveway. The program was completed the last week in July, and is part of the Board,s commitment to beautifythe area while helping extflld the life of our driveways

aijoyl At the same lime, urge not using caustic auto and tire cleaners which leave stains on the asphalt. Instead, good old soap and water are best.

· New Landscaper on Board

This spring we hired a newlandscaper, Perncme Brothers, to maintain our lawns and shrubbery. Thus far, we're happy to report most people are pleased. In those few areas where problems have occured, Perrica.ie is working with us to clear than up. Their staff appears anxious to do a fine job, and is courteous to residents Should you have any special landscaping needs, please contad ASI - in writing - providing the location and your ccxicem.

· Arborlst Assesses Trees

Riva, Ridge, being a community of beautiful, lush landscaping, is actively working to protect the health of our nursery stock. Urban Forest Management, Inc. rec8ltly completed its rqort m trees and shrubs, outlining specific adkwi needed. Hendricksen Trees, our comm&cial arboiist, is now prqanng a plan to implement these recommendations as quickly as possible. Our nursery stock cmsists of over 1,400 trees.
