RESIDENTIAL 1 ASSOCIATION
Report
The Board of Directors of Residential I has approved the budget as it was proposed. The assessments will be the same as last fiscal year. Residential I Association's fiscal year begins on November 1st.
The Residential I Board is having its December monthly open meeting at the Hawthorn Junior High School's Resource Center, 201 Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills.
With cold weather approaching, we would like to remind all Riva Ridge residents to check their furnaces to be sure they are ready for winter. Replace air filters, if necessary, and if you have a humidifier on your furnace, check its filter for cleaning or replacement. For those of you who have your furnace serviced by professionals, be sure they check for gas leaks.
